“Please do not come here. Girl at desk was very incompetent. Then told me to use a kiosk to check in. The guy was on a video chat in India. Then the connection failed and its been 2 hours i still dont have a key card and the lady has to walk down to let me in with her master key. Then i cant leave the room. The hotel is a refurbished old dirty medical buidling very uneasy and it is very brutal. Evem for me coming as 1 adult literally for one night of sleep. DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE.”

“The hotel was in a location convenient to everything. The room was freshly updated and the staff was great. The lobby was in the process of being updated along with other areas of the hotel. When the updates are completed the hotel will be even better. ”

“Jacob and Richard and Ed were the only staff that were friendly and courteous. Our check-in was horrific. Upon checking in we were told that one of our rooms was not available as housekeeping left without cleaning it, it was 3:30pn. We called the day before to inquire about pool and hot tub as there were issues in past. We were assured they were operating. Hot tub was broken entire stay and pool was open for a half day only then closed sign was put up. We were told we would be contacted……
