親戚のお見舞いのために一泊しました。スタッフの方は笑顔で感じの良い方でした。お部屋は綺麗です。 残念な点は、部屋の浴室の蛇口が使いにくかったです。朝洗顔する時水の強さ調節ができず苦労しました。それから大浴場。部屋のテレビで混雑状況を見て行きましたが脱衣所が狭すぎてロッカー前で着替えてる方がいたのですが着替え終わるまで後ろに立って待ってました。お風呂から上がる方、ドライヤーしてる方がいると、立つ場所もなかったです。諦めて帰る人もいました。

どなたかが書かれていましたが、エアコンの音がうるさいです。風量の調節も上手くできません。 立地はとても良いので利用は便利かと思います。 フロントの方の対応は感じが良かったです。

以前の佐渡にはない便利なビジネスホテルホテル。場所は定番の両津や相川ではないが狭い島でレンタカーがあれば全く問題ない。難点は周囲の食事処が限られてること、ホテル内のレストランのキャパが小さく、夕食の混雑時に入れないことがあること。
