“We were on the third floor. The room was spotless. We knew about the 3 flights of stairs when we booked, and did not find it too much with a good flat space to ealk between flights. We did not see staff until the last day and were 4 minutes late leaving, but were not rushed, the person there to clean was very friendly. I LOVE this apartment and 1000% would live in it. “Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one……

The interiors are not well maintained, a lot of places need to be repaired and clean. The bathroom is very small and not ventilated. Overall, the staff are friendly and helpful. ”
