“Fairly priced and clean. Mostly smiles all around from the hotel team. BUT *giggle* Front desk attendant on day one was quite unique and lacked basic professionalism and manners. I didn’t have any special requests at all, but she made me feel like I was a bother and said some rude things… as she cussed at the football game. lol All I could do was giggle a bit. It wasn’t like I was going to have to deal with her again. But it made me sad that the simple interaction could bring down the business.”

“The room was filthy. There was a half smoked cigarette laying right in plain sight. The floor was dirty to the point you had to wipe your feet off to get in bed. The mattresses we’re smaller than the bed frames. The shampoo dispenser and shower gel was empty. the hairdryer did not work. The toilet seat was broke only half of it was connected. The shower curtain fell down. One of the two towels was dirty. This room was $340 a night because of the Auburn football game. I would not have given you……

“We ended up staying three nights, not once was the room was cleaned. We had to ask for towels every day and then had to go get them from the front desk. The so called breakfast was disgusting everyday. I wanted to French vanilla creamer, which was there on Monday morning. I had to ask for some on Tuesday and Wednesday morning, and they gave me what they wanted me to have, I couldn’t select how much I wanted for my coffee.”
