“Billed a 5 star but it's a 3 star at best. Needs a good clean and overdue repairs. First room on check in had a death rattle in the aircon, the second room I was shifted to had no study desk and flooded in heavy rain. Bonus though had a balcony. It was disappointing that charges like the city tax and the laundry were in USD not peso. Location is good, close to restaurants, shopping mall and a 15 minute walk to the Rambala”
