"I stayed in the hotel for 3 weeks. The staff was very helpful with anything I needed the place was very clean. It was close to the shopping mall and many restaurants that you could walk to. The only suggestion I may have with this hotel is to get soundproof windows. You can pretty much hear whatever's going on on the street."

"Every weekend starting on Fridays they have weddings, and celebrations that are very loud. And they last up to 4 or 5 am. The music, the people and the fireworks!!! Those people usually stay over the weekend, so the dining room is absolutely packed. No respect or consideration for other guests! Not recommended for families or people that want to relax or rest. "

"Breakfast was delicious, the area doesn’t seem to have much going on. But it was safe and in the city. Staff was very helpful. I just felt the bathrooms needed a bit more of scrubbing. Where the soaps hang there was a brown/cream layer of dirt. Other than that, place was fine."

However, there are a few things worth mentioning for fellow travelers. For a hotel at this price point, it is disappointing that breakfast is not included — you would expect that to come standard at these rates. The lobby staff, while the property is beautiful, came across as quite dry and unhelpful. When I needed assistance with a passport situation and didn't have it physically on me, instead of finding a smooth solution I was asked to send the document via WhatsApp, which felt unprofessional for a 5-star property. One more tip for travelers — at night, be cautious with your surroundings regardless of the hotel's upscale setting, as the area warrants some awareness. Overall a beautiful stay with a fantastic bed, but service and pricing transparency could be improved. "
