A nice property and interesting, like a Mediterranean villa tucked into the city. The photos accurately show the features of the property, and the landlord was very helpful.
Our problem came from why we came to Salt Lake City from out-of-state: a kidney transplant for my wife at the University of Utah Research Hospital. This is a serious surgery, and we were required to remain for five weeks following the procedure.
What wasn't shown in the photos is the distance from parking and the number of concrete steps (15) to climb to get there. This was hard for my wife before the procedure, and near-impossible afterward. So I had to rent another place with underground parking and an elevator, which meant paying double-rent for a period of time.
If we'd been in town for any normal purpose, this would have worked out well.
