"Secured room with one card. My friend was paying so she turned her card in for payment. They put a hold on both cards. As of today they charged both cards after stating the hold on mine would be gone in 2-3 business days. Do not stay at this hotel. We even live local. I suppose they thought since we are older we would not pay attention. Will never stay here again."

"AMAZING place to visit!! The cabin was so beautifully furnished & the grounds were perfect. The river view from the back porch is so tranquil! It was very evident that the owners want you to have a great experience! Attention was paid to every little detail & honestly, we could not have felt more at home! We are planning to make this an annual trip and are already looking forward to going back. The host is very gracious and helpful. She responds very quickly & answers your questions. So thankful to be able to stay in such a wonderfully loved historic cabin! Kudos to the hostess! "
