"The property was under renovation so the spa wasn’t available and there was construction ongoing. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and pool/beach were friendly and helpful. Hemingway restaurant is a great spot for all meals. The bikes were a bit disappointing; older and not in great shape but we took them to town as they were rideable. Overall we had a great time."

"We arrived 10/09–probably peak of hurricane avoidance. We were assigned a penthouse suite, with a huge walk-in closet, and a bath with the most incredible tile work we have ever seen—the most beautiful suite we’ve ever stayed in. The grounds are exquisite—I have never seen better grown ornamental beds. Complimentary breakfasts served 7:00-10:30, and maintained all throughout this time—and can substitute for an afternoon meal."

"We had such a lovely stay! The scenery was beautiful, and the staff were so kind and helpful. We were celebrating my partner’s birthday, and they surprised him with a treat and a birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful touch. We also enjoyed breakfast during our stay. When our car broke down and needed to be towed, the staff were so helpful and made a stressful situation easier. Thank you for making our stay so special!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Windsong Resort! We were upgraded to an even nicer, modern ocean-view room with a full set of appliances, including a washing machine, stove, and huge refrigerator. The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The food was decent, and housekeeping cleaned our room twice a day during our visit. My only complaint is that bottled water wasn’t provided, which I feel is a basic amenity most hotels offer. Overall, we had a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Windsong to anyone visiting Turks & Caicos!"
