This stunning four-story penthouse has been taken down to the studs and thoughtfully redesigned to blend modern elegance with timeless coastal charm. Parkside comfortably sleeps up to 13 guests in a prime location just a short stroll to Seaside’s shops, restaurants, and only a four-minute walk to the beach. The second floor has been completely reimagined to host four beautifully appointed bedrooms. Two serene king suites each feature mounted flat screen TVs, cozy seating areas for two, private balconies overlooking Ruskin Park, and elegant ensuite baths—one with dual vanities and a marble walk-in shower, the other with a glass-enclosed rain shower.
