Titan: Theater, Heated Pool, Gym, Billiards

Outside: Titan has a very large outdoor space for all manner of adventures. The pool and hot tub were newly remodeled in spring of 2025. Both are saltwater and gas-heated to your comfort. Titan’s guests enjoy the pool every month of the year. Around the pool are six lounge chairs and a sectional couch. A lighted pergola boasts the 12-person teak dining table with a propane grill - great for enjoying meals outside! We would be happy to recommend private chefs who can serve an amazing meal here. Finally, there is an outdoor bar seating area with a pub table, cocktail chairs, and room to mingle. It is conveniently located just outside from the family room with a pool table and beverage station.

Lower Level Common Areas:
Theater: Do not miss Titan’s custom-built theater for the ultimate group movie experience. The elevated back row has 6 power recliner theater seats. The front row has an oversized couch with ottomans. A cherry-wood lounge nook allows you to stretch out, cuddle up, or build a fort while enjoying your movie. The 100" screen is powered by a rear projector with Sonos speakers and subwoofer. The projector is powered by an Apple TV, which comes with multiple subscriptions including Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Max, Paramount+, and Amazon Prime Video. It is also quite easy to plug in game consoles or other devices that guests may wish to bring with them.
Family Room: The family room on the lower level has a 9' pool table, pub table, bar cart with refrigerator, and a 55" TV. The family room opens up to the outdoors - directly to the bar area and the pool beyond.
Gym: The house has a full gym, complete with weight machines, cardio equipment, yoga mats, a full-mirror wall, and a 55" TV. Like the rest of the house, the gym has AC. The gym has a connected full bathroom with a large shower. Also located in the gym area is a double daybed that can be used as an additional bedroom.

Entry Level Common Areas:
The top level is an open floorplan that connects the kitchen with the living and dining rooms.
Living Room: This space has several couches and chairs to comfortably accommodate even our large groups, as well as a 75" 4k TV. Just off this room is a balcony with a small table and chairs overlooking the pool.
Dining Room: The dining room can seat 12 adults comfortably. The kitchen also has a dining nook with a table that seats 6. Dinnerware (large and small plates, bowls, mugs, and flatware) for 16 is provided. The bar has wine, champagne, and old fashioned glasses for 16. Outdoor dinnerware (melamine large and small plates, bowls, vacuum wine tumblers, and plastic glasses) is also provided.
Kitchen: The stovetop has 4 burners, a griddle, and an indoor grill. There are two ovens, a microwave, a large refrigerator, dishwasher, and a garbage disposal. The kitchen is equipped with standard cooking and baking pots, pans, and utensils. It also has a blender and a small food processor. Coffee beans, a coffee grinder, and a brew coffee pot are provided, as well as a hot water kettle.

Bedrooms:
All of the bedrooms have 4k TVs with several streaming services.
Lower Level: There is a king bedroom and a queen bedroom with a private jack-and-jill full bathroom between them. Additionally, there is a bedroom with two queen beds and two large desks. Finally, a double daybed located in the gym area offers another private bedroom option with private access to the full bathroom with large shower.
Entry Level: the primary suite is the only bedroom located on this level. It has a king sized bed and a twin daybed with trundle (2 twin mattresses). It also has a wonderful window seat and a private balcony.

Bathrooms:
Lower Level: There is a half bathroom off of the Family Room. There are two additional full bathrooms. One full bathroom is ensuite (jack-and-jill) to the single king and single queen bedrooms. It has two sinks and a separate room for the toilet and combination shower/bathtub. The second full bathroom is attached to the gym. It has a single sink, toilet, and a large shower.
Entry Level: The primary suite has a large private bathroom that has a double shower with two heads, standing bathtub, double sink vanity, separate toilet room, and two walk-in closets. There is also a half bathroom located off of the living room.

- A maximum of 10 overnight guests are allowed.
- Please let us know if you wish to invite additional day guests. With notice, we welcome up to 5 day visitors between the hours of 8am and 9pm.
- Quiet hours are 9pm-8am per Santa Rosa City regulations. Outdoor areas are closed after 9pm.
- No amplified sound or music is allowed outside in Santa Rosa or Sonoma County vacation rentals.
- Pool and hot tub hours: 8am - 9pm.
- No glass or outside dishes to be used outside. Outside dishes and cups are provided.
- Guests can bring a maximum of 5 cars to the house. Street parking is not allowed.
- No smoking anywhere on the property, and please do not smoke in front of our neighbor's houses.
- No use of sidewalk chalk or water balloons anywhere on the property.
- Please do not use glitter or confetti, or attach decorations to the walls with tape.
