“Room was clean and very impressed with the room. Room rate was great but definitely won’t be paying the July /August rates….very overpriced for that time. Couple complaints, fridge gurgled a lot and when furnace ran it was like a rocket taking off….very loud. Was quite surprised with the appliances based on the hotel being very new!!”

“Comfortably furnished cabin with good clean bedding, superior quality bathroom supplies of a brand called farmasi. There were clean towels, a in cabin gas fireplace, a hot tub. We could not get the sauna to work. The property is stones throw away from the beach.”

“The room was very nice - large and well appointed. The bed was really comfortable. We had a lovely continental breakfast in the morning and were able to sit in the dining room overlooking the bay. Staff was excellent. My only concern was with poor lighting in the parking lot and I did pass that along in the morning. We came in later in the evening and it was very difficult to see where we were walking. Probably not an issue in the busy season when the restaurant is open and people are out……

“Bed sags, breakfast was discoloured boiled eggs, no meat and bruised fruit. Bagel and coffee were alright. ”

“The room was great, clean and updated. Unfortunately the property was under renovations which affected the breakfast area and the spa/pool area. We didn’t know this until we checked in. Staff were apologetic and did their best under the circumstances. Bagged breakfasts were provided - nice touch. ”
