“The Hotel San Francesco is a beautiful property located across the main drive in Maiori from the bay. Our room was large and the bathroom and shower were fantastic. I would suggest a room with view of the Mediterranean Sea on the 3rd floor or higher. The staff are professional and friendly and there are many excellent restaurants in walking distance. “This place is incredible! An amazing cliffside setting with direct access to the emerald water of the Mediterranean. However, because of its setting, there are a lot of stairs (not for those who are out of shape). There are 165 steps down to the accommodation from the main road (staff helped with luggage) and another 300 steps down to the water. “It’s a beautiful property. We just visited and the season is nearly over so we were not able to use the pool or the grotto. The breakfast was very nice and you could ask for made to order eggs, fresh juice and coffee. We had amazing massages outside on a terrace arranged by the staff. They also went out of their way to help us with our private transfers. It was so peaceful, It felt like a true slice of paradise!”

“helpful ,patient and friendly reception staff, but hotel is a little far away from city center and no entertainment around hotel. anyway, since only 15 minutes drive to airport, it is the best choice for 1 day stay before leaving napoli btw, one english speaking reception staff is handsome, lol”
