“This absolutely adorable cottage is nestled in a very nice peaceful neighborhood. The outdoor areas were very well kept and the cute white picket fence is the perfect accent to the lovely front yard. The interior of the cottage is wonderfully decked out in beach themed decor. The furniture and pictures are perfect! The bedding and towels are luxurious and compliment each bedroom and bath! We were very pleasantly surprised that the bed was extremely comfortable and we slept so wonderful for being……

“Host was very easy to communicate with. Location is great for Space Center, Armand Bayou, and not too far to Galveston. Lots of food options in area. Calm neighborhood for evening walks. Beds super comfy and lots of space to spread out. Games area downstairs was a hit with my kids. Some things to note: stairs for entry are quite steep for those with mobility challenges (this is mentioned in listing), some of the dishes were dirty (cutting boards), highway noise was quite noticeable (earplugs……

“Quaint house, clean, close walk to the beach. Great area for birding. Deer in the yards at dawn and in the roads at dusk, so drive carefully. Clever closet set-ups in the bedrooms; I may steal some ideas for home. Kemah and NASA are short rides away. Seabrook has a lot of parks/playgrounds/nature preserves. The neighborhood beach was a great refuge from the crazed spring break crowds over at the Kemah boardwalk.”

“The pool heater is broken. There is no where near the amenities as listed on here. No breakfast. The vending machine will charge double and then give you your money back within 15 min. They are currently transferring ownership this week. Maintenance guy is awesome!!! He also is the guy that cleans up the rooms. The staff here are minimal and don't take any crap from people getting unruly. I would definitely stay here on the staff's merit alone. ”
