“We did enjoy our stay, there are a few things that could be better. It was raining and right above our patio door the ceiling was leaking, we put a towel down on the floor, it was only during the heavy rain. We were in room 328. The chair in our room had a material that felt wet. We put a sheet on it and it was fine. It was nice and quite , and the beds where good. Parking was good and the girl at checkout was nice. We would stay again.”

“It was clean and had just about everything we needed and more, we could have used a few extra bath towels. I would suggest to put in the description to future guests the number of steps (27) to get to the unit, so they can be prepared. The last flight of steps needs a handrail and overall better lighting after dark. It is in a very good location for getting to locall attractions from Houston to Galvaston.”

“My overall experience at the property was 5 stars. I was here on a bachelorette trip, 11 guests, house was very clean and we had plenty of room and lots of amenities to enjoy. The owner even had a gift for us!I will just add a note to anyone looking to spend a fun weekend here that the neighbors are unfortunately sensitive to any kind of noise. 3 of us were in the pool at 10pm (before quiet hours started) on a Saturday night and owners next door threatened calling the cops because of 3 people……

“No room. Had to duck down to get to the bathroom, had to duck down to even go to bathroom, every time you flush the whole boat smelled like crap for a really long time, no shower, water dripping every where from condensation, no way to lock up when leaving and lots of sketchy people hanging around. I could go on and on but no point. I don't understand how everyone gives it such good reviews. It was one of the worst stays I've ever had. ”
