Views of Lake Washington and Mt. Rainier- North Seattle Area. Superb Location!

Located only 15 min from downtown Seattle & near the shores of Lk Wash & Burke Gilman bike trail. Close to Amazon, Microsoft and Boeing. Easy access to I-5 and I-405. Bike to the U.W. or downtown.Only a few blks to bus & major hwys. Shopping & restaurants nearby. Beaches and parks nearby. In shared home w/separate locked off space. Mother-in-law style space,(approx.1000sq ft) living room w/ French doors leading out to a sm patio, guest room w/lots of closet & dresser space, refrigerator, bath & half kitchen area with full functional oven, rice cooker, slower cooker, electric grill if needed (No indoor stove, but we can provide a grill for outdoor cooking on your patio.). 2nd. BR w/extra sleeping area, coffee, tea, snacks. Views of the lake & Mt. Rainier. We are frequent travelers so we may/may not be here during your stay. Extra pillows and bedding available. No steps for entry.

Guest agrees to leave the property in a tidy condition similar to that upon arrival. Excessive cleaning will be charged $200/hour. Quite hours10pm-7am

Parking is limited by the guest parking. Late checkout will be charged $75/hr.If the unit hasn't been vacated by1pm guest will be charged for full day
