"Property was clean & staff was friendly!"

"My only complaint is that on both nights we were there other guests were VERY noisy after what I would consider a respectable time (10:00 pm). The first night it was little kids in the hall running and screaming with no parents/guardians around. The second it was young adults coming in after partying. They were talking loudly and stomping in the hall. I am trying to not complain as much so I did not go to the front desk even though it was 2-3 am. "

"Checked in at 3, the reserved room had not been cleaned and ready. The clerk on duty gave me another room. "

"As soon as I pulled into the parking lot I knew this was going to be bad. There were no other cars in the parking lot and I thought the hotel was abandoned. The one staff person I saw was nice, but the hotel was terribly dated. "

"Very clean and updated. My only petty complaint would be the water pressure of the shower."

"The room was excellent. The linens were clean and fresh. The breakfast was adequate. The staff was welcoming."

"Smells musty like mold or animal pee in the room. We literally went to the store to get spray and cleaner to try to get rid of the smell for the night. "

"Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was nice. Our first room ac/heater not working. Made howling noise. Staff asked “can you just deal with it.” Second room tv stopped working. Third room we had Hulu and Tv updated and were told tv doesn’t have Hulu or internet connection. Very old tvs. Whole place always smelt like marijuana. "

"Hotel is very convenient for visit to iup. Friendly staff. Our bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well and seemed a bit outdated. The hotel feels deserted. "
