“The staff was extremely friendly and always with a smile. The room was very clean and spacious, the pictures did not do it justice. The breakfast was more than I was expecting, not just coffee and bagels, but juices and waffles too! The whirlpool tub in my room was the ultimate relaxation! Will definitely stay again if I am ever out that way again.”

“We feel very bad, We got there and there was no staff. We rang the bell many times, but no one answered. That's too bad 👎 We have booked a room, but we do not have any accommodation. Because we didn't feel it was safe😢”

“Check-in was supposed to be at 3pm, we got there at 5pm and our room still wasnt ready! Waited over another hour for it to be cleaned. The bathroom by the pool had poop everywhere 😳 and there is a indoor pool that is "supposed "to be heated, however it felt like a ice bath! Horrible. No towels in there.the hotel manger Ravi Srivastava just sat around playing on his phone all day.”

“The no contact check with the app key was seamless. However, the person at the desk watched us come in and didn’t greet or anything. I thought that was odd, but maybe that’s the standard if you check in online (shoulder shrug) . On a high note, the room was very clean and fresh, breakfast the next morning was hot and plentiful and tasty. Overall, it was a good one night stay. ”

“Parking was fine. The hotel felt dated - the lighting was dim and the room had a slight musty smell. There was a closed down lounge, which was disappointing. I paid $128 for a night, which isn't terrible, but honestly I don't think this is more than a $99 a night room. ”
