“This older, large, two-story home is a tranquil oasis in which we spent five days of our vacation. Relatively close to the Palermo airport, (and airport car rentals,) the home is located in a quiet, well-established, residential area of similar homes. The grounds of the property are spacious and the South patio affords a wonderful view of the gulf and far shore line. Nicely furnished, kitchen well-equipped, and beds are comfortable. When I return to the Palermo area I will make sure to stay here……

Piero nos solicitó mas dinero por la limpieza de sabanas y toallas, cuando según la descripción del apartamento no aparecía este concepto. Anteriormente le había enviado un mensaje preguntando si había algún gasto adicional ante el que no hubo respuesta. La información sobre el pago extra nos la dio el dia antes de viajar, con lo cual nos quedamos sin opción de mirar alternativas. A pesar de que Piero nos dijo que……

“Le logement est très bien placé, en plein centre de Palerme et proche de tout ! Il est très lumineux, très jolie et bien équipé, idéal pour quelques jours. Le check-in était plutôt simple et rapide mais l’arrivée ne se fait pas de manière autonome donc il faut s’accorder sur un horaire. De même quelques précisions auraient pu être donné en amont : il y a deux entrées différentes le GPS ne nous amenait pas devant la bonne entrée , et il faut prévoir du liquide pour régler la taxe de séjour (……

“Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Herzen der Altstadt (in einer Gasse). Um die Wohnung zu erreichen muss man eine enge mit hohen Stufen Treppe zwei Mal hoch klettern. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung, Das Schlafzimmer hat aber kein Fenster.”

“A fantastic apartment on the top-floors directly at the beach, nice decorated and fully equipped with all you need and a great terrace with full privacy (even if there are some other apartments in the house) A few restaurants in walking distance. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much. A few annotations about what we didn't like... Pick-up service from the train station, but 10€ each for that short trip is a bit expensive. No shops/markets in Casteldaccia, so you are a bit lost without a……

“The house itself is at the edge of town, with a beautiful view, a pool and a really cozy atmosphere. The host was really nice and helpful, even gave us tips, what and where should we visit.”
