Incredibly walkable but be advised the surrounding streets are cobble/stone in case you are wheeling luggage’s or requesting a ride share. It may be that you need to walk to the nearest street. “As someone who does not speak much Italian, things went as smooth as they could have here. Staff was super kind and helped get us a ride to the airport. I enjoyed our room and loved the location. My girlfriend is an interior designer, who sought out somewhere authentic and not modern style. She was in love with the aesthetic. While there is not much to do at this location, minus the spa and upstairs bar/lounge area, it is right in the middle of the city. Seriously, a perfect location. Only……

Initially difficult to find, driving in was a very tight squeeze with a mid-sized SUV, but once we were in, we found the office and gate no problem, and the staff were very helpful. I believe the owner's name is Guila - she is extremely accommodating, hard-working, and prepares a full breakfast with eggs, fruit, pasties, etc for all of the guests every morning. “Wonderful place with new amenities and well maintained, located near the train. Our only issue was the noise, we were not able to sleep and needed to get a room elsewhere for the second night of our two night stay.”

“It is a decent property extremely hard to find If you're driving it located in a small back alley with a giant wood door with a small sign. You will probably not find it to have your car valeted. Lucky we were able to find an open spot nearby in the city and walk our way in. There is also a sewer or garbage smell at times in the room and very loud outside at night. Bring your ear plugs. The property was clean and the front desk staff was very nice. Had its positives but know what you're getting……

“This is a great place to stay. It is very central and close to walk to many of the historic sites, restaurants, and the marina. The staff were great, always helpful with suggestions and help when needed. Right outside the door there’s a great pizza place, and lots of other really nice places near by. Breakfast was really nice, and they have a minibar in their terrace room to have a glass of wine. Only downside is there are no elevators, so be ready to carry your bags up 4 flights of stairs. We……

“This property is centrally located in Palermo old town, walking distance to most of sites. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the building is securely managed. What most impressive is manager who is accommodating and spends a lot of time in the property, answering questions and giving suggestions. The property is small, charming, and well situated for sightseeing. While there is no street parking available, the hotel offers access to a parking garage next door for approximately €25 per night.
