The staff were amazing throughout the stay, helping wherever they can. The location is easily accessible to train stations and metro to the wider Shanghai area with two metro stations nearby. "This hotel is in a perfect location in the French Concession. Quiet, clean, modern and with a great staff who is helpful and couldn't have been nicer. Breakfast had a lot of choices. This is a full breakfast, not continental breakfast and the staff will make eggs to order. The rooms are spacious and clean and having a washer/dryer is an added bonus. The full kitchen would be great for families especially. There is a beautiful pool area and complete gym. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Hotel lobby was lovely and vibrant. Thereโs a little bar if you wish to have a night cap. Room was lovely with plenty of space. Bathroom was spacious with a big shower and separate bath tub (club suite city view). Pool and gym facilities were great. Breakfast was excellent and staff were wonderful. We would stay again. "
