"Bedding was very soiled, not checked prior to arrival. Linens and cleaning only done on specific request even over 4 day stay. Lobby area unswept for hours. Breakfast was the same and without protein except on Sunday, even though food prices are not high. Desk left unattended while guests waited (staff watching show on phone around corner). We did love the 24 hr coffee machine, though. It was the highlight of the stay."

"There was a defective alarm clock in my room that started blaring at 5:30!! This area is not my time zone, so I had only been asleep 3 hours. It was unplugged from the wall, so no lit up numbers shown. I clumisly hit all the buttons and it stopped... only to go off in 10 min. Then I had to turn on all the lights, plug it in the wall to see the lit numbers only to find it would not let me turn it off. I had to remove the batteries by unscrewing the back. By now, there was NO WAY I could sleep again. I told the lady up front. -She did not apologize or show any empathy -She said her manager was not there -She denied any help with a refund since I paid to sleep in a hotel that I could not sleep! -The manager has not called me back -They "can't find" my name or reservation number -They won't refund because it was through Expedia Do not go to this terrible business."

"Toilet constantly running. Shower constantly dripping. Toilet rim had poop all splashed on it. Staff at check in was rude and dismissive. Staff at checkout was very pleasant. However the maid was yelling at us about having a pet and not a service animal. She refused to give us her name so I did take a picture of her. I'll need someone to contact me about this before I need to take an alternative route about the situation. This maid committed a federal offense."

"Staff was ok, but we did them arguing with each other. Breakfast was ok, didn’t seem very fresh. The rooms were good although it would've been nice if housekeeping came by to empty garbage & offer clean towels for us. I was told when booking the hotel that there was a spa but there wasn't. "

"The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and professional. Parking was adequate, but well lit at night. Our biggest complaints have to do with the bathroom in the room. The shower had been recently replaced or renovated, so the drywall around it was not finished. There was nothing inside the shower to hold soap or shampoo. Also, the bathroom door was missing screws on one hinge. Even with these issues, I would stay here again — it was good value for the money."

"Kitchen was not totally equipped. Chairs in very rough condition. Toilet seat very loose. I had to tighten to make useable. Had some issues with TV. Hallway carpet dirty and very worn. Staff very nice and accommodating. "
