“Quiet room (separate to pub) with comfortable beds. We dont like full, hot breakfasts so it was nice not to have to pay for it. The cereal/fruit /toast/ pastries were ideal for us.
The food in the pub was nice, probably not worth the price but that's fine as a one-off. The pub was attractive and cosy. All staff were lovely and very helpful. Note - free toiletries are available at the bar, not in the room.
The only things I didnt like were the stag head looming over our breakfast area and the...

“Excellent little boutique hotel. Stayed a few times now in different rooms and have loved them all. Tastefully decorated and always clean. The breakfast menu is full of locally sourced food and very tasty with generous portions. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. ”
