We checked in a little bit after 4PM and got our room keys. No elevator and we were on the second floor. So we got our luggage up the stairs and I opened the door. No bed made, dirty towels on the bathroom floor. Down the front desk and they send up house keeping and the room was cleaned. Later on ...

Property was new and very nice. There was a place to eat within walking distance that was convenient. The person who checked us in was okay, but lacked friendliness and when both the TVs in the lobby did not work, she was unhelpful and did not make any effort to resolve the issue.

Kitchen was adequately stocked. Oven got smokey because it needed cleaned. Furniture was very dusty. There were a few live and dead bugs in the house.
