“En las fotos a la hora de la reserva, la habitación parecía mejor a la que nos dieron. Los colchones mal, blandos y muy incomodos. Nos levantamos con la espalda dolorida créanme. El personal especialmente la recepcionista muy amable, nos ayudó en todo. La habitación en general vieja. Cerca del hotel hay farmacia supermercado y la zona es muy tranquila.”

“La estancia ha superado mis espectativas. Es un edificio típico de la zona totalmente reformado por dentro, de modo que todo luce y funciona. El estudio y el baño son amplios y luminosos. El lugar me sirvió de base para visitar Eupen y Maastricht y está bien conectado con la estación central por tranvía. "Es un buen hotel, la atención es buena y la ubicación es también excelente. Sin embargo la limpieza de la habitación es muy deficiente. Duramos más de dos semanas, y el "aseo" lo hacían en menos de 1 minuto, nunca aspiraron o sacudieron bien las camas. Otro punto en contra es que las camas son demasiado blandas y esto hace que sean muy incómodas. Aunque nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitación, las otras eran más pequeñas y las camas eran similares. "
