“Location was beautiful and plenty of room for my whole family. We had 16 people and could have fit more! There was so much to do just at the house and additional items I wasn’t expecting like beach toys, legos for the kids, ping pong table, and pinball. All were a great surprise. The grass yard space was perfect for kids to run around.The basement stayed nice and cool. The basement rooms did get a little stuffy due to no ceiling fan, but was easily fixed by opening the window. My family loved……

“The property is a little run down, the bathroom light was very dim and the fan noise was extremely excessive. The room a/c & heater was also very loud…enough to wake you up at night. The black out curtains are not wide enough for the window so a lot of light came in around the curtains. There was ample parking and it was clean. ”
