“Awesome we loved it ”

“Had a four day break with parents, the cottage was spotless on arrival and well equipped. The wifi was occasionally sporadic but to be expected in a rural area. We slept well with no passing traffic and even with four adults there was ample hot water.Lots of seating and although weather was poor the outside seating area was great . Small downside was the property can be rented alongside next door(semi detached) , there is a locked interconnecting door but the noise can carry through a little .”

“Apologies to the knights rest, but we didn't actually stay there. I booked it on the day for 2 nights through hotels.com. However ten minutes before arriving at our destination the hotel rang me to say that they were closed and on holiday themselves. They apoligised and said hotels.com should have checked their diary and not booked any rooms out. They would be putting in a complaint via Expedia. Have since tried to contact hotels.com to be constantly told by a virtual agent to hang tight,……

“We stayed at Langford for the night before our wedding last weekend and it was such a treat. The building and gardens are absolutely gorgeous with floral scents from the many mature flowerbeds floating in to the beautifully decorated rooms indoors. The building is clearly very old but lovingly cared for and has been maintained to a superb level of decoration and comfort. The rooms in which we stayed (we hired 4 of the 6) were without exception beautiful, comfortable and wonderfully quiet. The……

“This spacious converted barn was perfect for our stay. Larger than it looks in the photos. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of plates, glasses and cutlery. The hosts provided tea, milk and coffee supplies upon approval which was appreciated before going to a bigger shop at the nearby grocery store. There was also salt and pepper. Plenty of soap and detergent too. The location is in a peaceful setting with lovely views. In additional to the large tv in the living room which includes a dvd……
