This place has a spiritual vibe which is very calming and relaxing, Staff were very friendly and food was great loved the vintage type radio in the room gave a lovely relaxed feel. "Nice restaurant and bar area, and staff were all very good. There is a good patio area with tables to the front of the property and it was easy to park. The music being played during the evening was excellent. Breakfast was pleasant but my full English was overdone slightly - hot but a bit on the crispy side. Having said that, dinner the night before was very good. The room was clean but the aircon was very noisy so we had to turn it off and it was very warm. The bathroom was clean but the shower had a mind of it's own and kept deciding what temperature it wanted to be despite what setting I wanted. All in all, a very good hotel with good food and staff."

"Only stayed one night with my wife and two grandchildren. Hotel location is perfect. Stayed in a family room one double bed and two single beds, not a put me up which was unusual so well impressed. Only down side was we ordered the children's food which was good. We then ordered ours which didn't arrive and the cook was wandering around the bar . Asked what was happening and they had forgotten our order by this time the kids needed to go to bed so we didn't eat. Breakfast was okay but had to wait a while as containers for hot breakfast were empty ."

"The hotel is a little dated & tired,however, it was clean and the staff helpful & pleasant. You can look passed decor the room was bright and spacious. We stayed two nights and unfortunately on the second morning our breakfast was less than satisfactory. My wife has a gluten intolerance. The menu is not suitable for a gluten free person. They had no gluten free bread or rolls. No gluten free cereals offered, the menu doesn't state if the sausage or porridge is gluten free. Many of the other items ie Eggs benedict come with a English muffin(not gluten free) All my wife could eat was fruit & yoghurt. Also after returning from a day out we went to the bar at 10.40 to find all but one of the shutters up, the lady behind the bar told us it was now closed. Although, there were still some locals finishing their drinks. The room information states the bar closes at 11.00 and it was a Saturday night. Its a real shame up to that point we were having a nice stay. If you are offering a service make sure you meet the customers expectations."

"This Ibis whilst in the middle of an industrial estate is ideally located and convenient for a stop-off stay. The hotel is clean, modern and breakfast was excellent. We had our evening meal there and again food was fabulous. The staff were especially helpful and friendly, especially Joel, who was fantastic. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if needed a stop off stay."
