From check-in to checkout, everyone was friendly and professional, but Ross, the Front Desk Manager, stood out in an extraordinary way. He arranged for fresh roses to be waiting in our room and extended a late checkout so my friend could rest comfortably before our departure. Those small gestures turned an ordinary hotel stay into something deeply memorable. I’ve stayed here several times over the years, but this visit touched me most. The compassion and quiet care shown reminded me that real hospitality is about seeing people and meeting them where they are. "My room was spotless, everything I needed worked just fine. It was quiet and I felt safe during my stay. MS Kathesha was very helpful when I was having issues with the electronic reservation program. She was even thoughtful enough to follow up with a curtesy call to ensure that my reservation form was complete and I had a room. MS Kathesha, went above and beyond to reduce my frustration with the reservation challenges. I'm 78 and electronic stuff is not easy for me. Thank you and your wonderful staff for making my stay very enjoyable."
