We used this a a stay over between arriving on the Denali date and flying out of anchorage. On the positive side the hotel is well located near the airport and offers complimentary shuttles between the hotel and airport and railway station. The staff were very pleasant and efficient too. The prices were also competitive compared to other hotels near by.
On the negative side the hotel is run down and the rooms are dated not well maintained. The hotel is also in not an area I would go exploring.
I would not use the hotel for a holiday destination, but it’s a great place for and overnight stay before catching an early flight.
