"Place is great only complaint is Expedia tells you it is a continental breakfast included and that is not true which was disappointing considering we were flying out in the morning so we wanted to eat breakfast beforehand but the restaurant cost was a little pricey. "

"It was our first time in South Haven, and we couldn’t have felt more welcome here! The staff was so friendly and helpful during check-in, and the complimentary breakfast didn’t hurt either! The boutique-style rooms are cozy, with antique charm, making it feel more like you’re staying at a relative’s than a corporate chain. All-in-all, we had a lovely stay at Historic Hotel Nichols, and will most definitely be back!"
