"Great place. It was spotless and smelled so clean and fresh. Every amenity available. You don’t have to leave the property to get anything.The kitchen is well stocked, all paper products are supplied and everything is of good quality. Every bedroom has a TV, internet is easily accessible as is a map of the community. The BEST place I have ever rented on VRBO! If your travels take you to Melbourne, this is the place to rent! I would give it 10 stars if the rating was available! Thank you David!"

"This place was perfect for our stay! Beach chairs, towels, sand toys, and all the essentials to make a family vaca feel easy breezy were provided! We loved the board games included in the condo too, beach was super clean and not crowded, and the pool was so well taken care of as well. Decorated so cute, beds comfy, would highly recommend. "

"This 2 BR Condo was perfect for our group of 4. Nice clean 2 BR in a nice and quiet building. Super big pool, maybe a 2 minute walk to putting feet in the Ocean. Great location! We’ve been to Cocoa Beach many times and stayed in a couple different condos and this seems to be the quietest building yet. Family oriented building, easy “Covered” parking right in front of the Units front door, so no lugging stuff up stairs. Publix Supermarket is basically right across the main street, Dunkin’ Donuts...

"Initial condo that I booked was not cleaned, something happened with the cleaner and they didn’t show, I reached out to the property manager and she got us in a different condo right away. She offered to come right away and clean the unit herself and until then we could stay in an open unit until the unit was cleaned or we could stay in the other unit. The other unit was the same thing, except they had Ms. Pac-Man on the wall to play! So we decided to just stay in the other unit so she didn’t...
