“Our stay at Anthony’s on the Beach was terrible. We arrived to check in, saw the condition of the hotel, and decided to leave immediately. The place was not nice at all, and the rooms looked old and rundown. Even though we did not stay there, they still charged me for 3 days and refused to cancel the reservation. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.”

“The floor was wet when we arrived. Freshly mopped we hoped. But the condensation gathered on the ceiling and dripped onto the floor the beg our belongings the entire stay making the floor very slippery and dirty. The water collected on the ceiling was brown like the room might have been previously a smoking room. The sheets felt gritty like sand was in them. The pool looked clean and inviting. Very friendly staff.”
