“May be I overlooked the terms and condition. The whole family was so shocked that this "hotel" does not provide room housekeeping service. We lived at the Sky level (quite expensive as this is the relatively higher room type) for 5 nights, but the hotel would not change towels, would not clean trash bin, would not tidy bed sheets until we complained, then they bring us some towels and clear our trash bin 1 time during our stay. Still did not vacuum or clean the room or tidy our bed sheets, not……

“Location is a 10* and the property is a 1*. The deferred maintenance and replacement of faulty and inadequate equipment is awful.

“We were blessed to enjoy the cabin that had thoughtful touches like automatic lighting ,very clean, well supplied with utensils and over all a most pleasing stay. The only thing I would have liked to have spoken to the owner as I could not close the key box and have apparently left a pouch for my rain coat there I think. We congratulate the Owners but met no one to speak with. ”
