"Our partial ocean view cabana was outdated. The bed and pillows were very comfy. However the white bed linens and towels were dingy looking. The ship window is nice if you love light shining through in the morning. However, i prefer blackout curtained rooms. A blind or curtain needs to be put over that window for customers who do not care for a light shining brightly in the am. The shower was very slow draining. And the second night a spider greeted me hanging on her web eye level in the shower. I had to put it in the trash can bag. Once dressed escorted the whole bag outside. I dont even know if it was in the bag after showering! I personally am noy afraid of spiders. But my husband is terrified. Because he has previously been bit by a recluse. Overall the maintenance is lacking. For example the room safe was rusted. Its a minor thing. And, I realize the rooms are near the beach. However, that should not stop ongoing maintenance and keeping up the aesthetics. Monthly touch up paint in rooms and property would make a big difference in overall customer satisfaction. New sheets and bedspread is needed. For the total price paid for 2 nights. I feel it was not worth the outdated and neglected maintenance. I took a picture of the bar ac where we were sitting. Black mold all around the outside of unit and wall. "
