"Cute place! Clean, great location. Only stayed one night but would stay again!"

"This is the second time we have stayed at The Oarhouse and would highly recommend it. Everything was clean and well-cared for. We appreciated the extra bedding and towels as well as the washer and dryer. We found the kitchen to be well stocked with all the basic supplies. If you need anything else there is a grocery store in nearby Coalport. Our family members who slept in the loft said the mattresses could use upgraded as they caused them some hip and back discomfort. Understandably, this is also somewhat of a personal preference and others may find them satisfactory. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting The Oarhouse in the future. "

"The building is a historic site built in 1834. The owner is friendly, informative, very kind. The rooms are large, very comfortable, each with it's own bathroom. The breakfasts are fantastic! The staff can't be any more welcoming and accommodating."
