“Upon arrival, I noticed the carpet had recently been vacuumed which was nice. The WiFi worked great, and I enjoyed the benefit of having access to a TV with cable in the bedroom. There was hand soap, and even shampoo in the shower if I needed it. The window AC unit in the bedroom worked just fine. Dr. Gibson had stellar communication throughout and was accommodating to a request I had made. Very friendly. “A wonderful place! Very conveniently located on Capitol Hill with plenty transit options in a historic and walkable neighborhood. A cozy oasis, with all the modern amenities you want in a charming exterior. The coffee options were excellent:) Trever and Julian were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again, such a great place!”

“My cousin and I traveled with my two college-age boys before they went back to school for a four day trip to DC. This house is located close to the national mall and museums. I very much appreciated the quick communication every time I asked a question. And I also appreciated the availability to store our luggage before check-in and after checkout. ”

“We came up to watch our grandson play for the Bowie Baysox, a Nationals game, an Orioles game and to tour DC. This place was perfect About a half an hour from Baltimore and DC and about ten minutes from the Bowie park. Clean and safe neighborhood. We met the owners one day and they couldn’t have been nicer. “The property is 3 levels with spiral staircases. 1) Downstairs "livingroom" area with sofas and TV. Washer/dryer also located there. We didn't spend much time in this room since there was no bathroom on that level 2) Second floor has the queen bed (comfy), kitchen and bathroom. This is where we spent 95% of our time.
