“Beds were full of stains, bed bugs, grass pressed in between the sheet and blankets. We never took our bags off the cart, got our money back immediately. “The lodging in Decorah is limited and the Quality Inn is a solid, affordable option. This is a good quality, basic, budget hotel. The rooms have been updated and well maintained. “Nice stay! We were up in the attic room with the skylights. We were a little disappointed we couldn't control the AC temp, but there were fans in the room.
