Townhome 3 in Springdale, at Zion National Park

Let our beautiful new townhome in the heart of Springdale be your vacation center for your trip to southern Utah and Zion National Park. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Our townhome can accommodate 4 guests. Each bedroom has a queen bed. It is less than 400 feet to the nearest shuttle stop. We are next to the town market. It is a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Our townhome is less than one mile from the parks main entrance. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath on the first floor. On the second floor there are two master suites, one of which has a balcony so you can enjoy the upcanyon views. Amongst the amenities to assist your stay are:

The townhouse is conveniently located along the shuttle bus routes, making it easy to avoid the parking hassle to the national park. Several nice restaurants are within the walking distance. The owner is very helpful both during check-in and when assisting with my car scratching. I highly recommend this beautiful town house.

This is a very nice property. The location is right in the middle of Springdale. Grocery and restaurants all within walking distance. The kitchen and appliances were all very modern. Two bedrooms upstairs each with a private bath. Shampo, conditioner snd body wash supplied. Patio on main level and deck off one of the bedrooms. Unit was very clean and well kept.

We traveled all over southern Utah, this place was the nicest, cleanest condo we stayed in. Very warm and inviting, clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The hosts responded to emails right away with a couple questions I had. The condo is located in a perfect place if you are wanting to explore Zion. Once we parked we literally walked a block to the Springdale shuttle which took us right to the park. A grocery right across the street. It was perfect for our family!

First visit to Zion National Park

Springdale is a great location for hiking in Zion. Townhome 3 was in a great location for restaurants and the shuttle stop was a 3 min walk. The townhome had everything we needed to cook a meal or do laundry. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends!

Great for visiting Zion

This condo was absolutely perfect for seeing Zion. You can leave your car in the parking spot and catch the shuttle directly into the visitor center where you can then pick up the Park shuttle to see Zion. Clean and comfortable!

Pretty much everything went great, suggest separate wifi for each unit, sharing with neighbors was less than ideal . Also on 2nd day could smell cigarette smoke, apparently coming from #4. Thanks, Gary, Roschell, and Chelsea

Wonderful Springdale/Zion townhouse

This property truly has it all: great location, great design, and great owners. The townhome is centrally located in town and right by stop 5 on the Zion Springdale shuttle system. This means you can easily access Zion National Park without the stress and cost of trying to find parking. But in-town access is also excellent, with easily walkable access to restaurants, grocery, shopping, etc. We arrived by car and happily left it parked in the townhome’s parking space the entire time as we did everything we wanted via the shuttle or by foot. The design of the property is well thought-out. The bedrooms offer two master suites upstairs, while a half bath is also available downstairs. The kitchen, living room, and dining are comfortable and fitted out well, with a special kudos to the well stocked kitchen that thoughtfully provided all we needed (we cooked several meals while there). The patios, particularly the balcony upstairs, are a real treat with wonderful views. It is worth noting that this place will not be good for mobility challenged individuals, as you need to be able to handle the stairs. But that said, the 2-floor layout worked very well for us. Finally, the hosts Matt and Trista are wonderful. They provided timely and clear information, and responded to several questions we had promptly and were very helpful. We appreciate their offering this Springdale gem!
