"First property we stayed which included all amenities we could ever need. What a nice touch. Beautiful decorated with all of the retro decor. So cool. Location was great!! We took into several nearby pubs and restaurants within a half mile of the house (we walked to all). The manager checked in via email to make sure we had everything we needed. Which was fantastic. Very nice hidden gem. Thank you!!"

"I flew across country and arrived around check-in time. I received an email upon arrival at my destination saying the property was not available due to plumbing issues. They offered me a a refund or to use another one of their properties. At that point it was late afternoon and there were no hotels available so I had to use their other property. The other property was much less desirable than the one I reserved."
