“The host was great and responsive, however the units just need some TLC. One unit had not been cleaned. It smelled of cigarette smoke and one of the bed’s linens had not been washed. Cleaning services came out to replace the sheets within 30 minutes, so that was good. But the smoke smell was bad enough that I went to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies and fabric febreeze to make it through the night. The other unit we stayed in did not have any odors but could have used a cleaning as well. ”

“The Kitchen was clean and the property was pet freindly. The only thing the bathroom showers should of been a little cleaner and the towel rack was broken in one of bathroom, also the couch was stained. ”

“We were a baseball tournament in Hammond. We were there for only one quick night, got to the house at almost eleven washed uniforms, took baths and went to bed.Having a house with washer and dryer was great! The beds were clean and comfy. The neighborhood seem quite and safe. We had a good night sleep. Was very pleased about that! The house was only 8 minutes from the park. Wish we would have had more down time to sit and relax. It was very ideal for what we needed. The decor was very sleek and……

“David communicated very well from beginning of booking to check out. Check in/out instructions clearly defined. Aside from some minor housekeeping things (previously discussed with David), the house was neat and cozy. Slept six easily, enough parking for a large SUV & sedan, and quiet neighborhood. I'd book again.”

“It was a better than a hotel room, but gravel road to get to, walking trash 100 yrds to throw out, and horrible cellular service and no internet connection made it rough. ”
