The best thing of all was Karen, one of the housekeepers, greeted us at the door and helped us with luggage. “Fun and unique experience. Staff and staff dog attentive and happy to help. We went down to the restaurant that is delicious and open only early day and the staff was having a 5 person party...they welcomed us in and shared their pizza salad and chocolate. The area offered some fun things. Yankee Candle Village and a butterfly house”

On the rare occasion that he couldn't respond immediately, he took the time to provide an explanation and offer his apologies. Recently, my son relocated to this area for work, and thanks to Fidelis, I can now rest assured that my 24-year-old son, who has yet to experience living on his own, is safe……
