"The hotel is on the edge of Springfield, a short drive in to town and convenient to roads to other parts of the state.
Nearby are big box outlets and car dealerships, not good for walking around the immediate area. We stayed on the first floor, seemed musty from recent rains (?). If possible ask for a room on an upper floor. Staff friendly and helpful."
"Front desk very nice and helpful. Hotel eating area being renovated but, they were very good accommodations to make sure everything and everyone was very comfortable. "
"extremely convenient, very friendly and helpful staff, and very nice room. The staff seem really proud of this hotel and it shows. We will definitely arrange to stay there again when next in Springfield."
