“Room smelled terrible. Lots of noise with other poeple in the hallways until early morning. Did not feel safe.”

“When I checked in I was required to pay a $100 refundable deposit for the room which was not in any of the emails or anything that they sent me leading up to the day of my stay. I paid the deposit in cash but everything else on my card. Once I checked out they told me that I would receive the deposit on my card within 4 days. I haven’t received the deposit and whenever I call they say the same thing.The room had a STRONG fragrance when i walked in my room from a plug in that was plugged in. The……

“What was good: very clean room, very comfortable bed, easy access to the highway Not so great: the two chairs in the room were very uncomfortable, there was a giant piece of plywood where there had been a door for an adjoining room, the a/c sounded like there was a plastic bag stuck inside, and there was no coffee...not a coffee maker in the room or any in the lobby. Also, there were pot-smoking guests near me so my room smelled like pot smoke all night.”
