“酒店位于市中心，去林肯故居公园、博物馆等都很方便，酒店只提供简单的早餐，所以期望值不要太高。我们是三人入住预订，可是房间里只有二套毛巾，和前台说需要补一套毛巾，满口答应，并承诺马上送到房间，结果我们去超市购物回来仍然没有送到，只能自己去楼下讨要，不太满意。房间老旧，有味道，先生过敏了，只能服药睡觉。房间里没有USB接口，请一定要自配插头，否则没办法充电，千万别忘记！”

“This hotel is dated. Stained carpeting, dinged up doors, dirty shower curtains. Our vehicle wouldn’t fit in the parking garage. One positive, the breakfast buffet was pretty good! ”

“The cottage was nicely renovated and decorated. It had a good supply of necessities and very comfortable!”

“The AC worked well and there was a dehumidifier in the room which was nice. The rooms weren’t well maintained and definitely needed updating, especially in the bathrooms. The bed linens were clean, the service was good, it just needs updating. Not sure I’d stay there again until changes were made.”

“This place is SO AWESOME! The layout is a little strange: a divided hallway separates the rooms from a large collection of memorabilia, and it’s easy to make a wrong turn from the front desk and end up away from your room, but the place isn’t huge so it’s easy enough to turn yourself right. There’s an amazing collection of Route 66 stuff, including several entire cars, and the on-site diner is nostalgic, with good quality food. I was surprised and pleased by how wonderful everything was.”

“The wifi kept dropping, if I didn't have my hotspot I would have been lost. The pool had what appeared to be oil spots floating in it. The gym, which is why I choose this location, had only one treadmill and it was broken. The continental breakfast was decent, staff was very nice and friendly.”

“Wonderful restored apartment building from 1920s, mostly original elegant woodwork. Some rooms still with much or all original features - such as a cast iron clawfoot tub in our room (Dahlia), also an old treadle sewing machine converted to a side table. Very generous and helpful staff, including breakfast chef who made a hearty breakfast each day. Great location ~7 blocks walk from historic district. Only minor drawbacks - slightly worn linens, bed so-so, curtains not light-blocking at least in……

“Staff was helpful in rectifying issues. Because they were I would stay here again. Breakfast was a huge variety every day. Parking was easy and access to the convening was easy.”

“The property was clean and well maintained. The room was very clean and tidy. AC was great and shower and bathroom were great as well. The beds were very clean. The staff, day and night, were amazingly professional, friendly and happy. My only complaint was that the outlets at the bedside were loose and it was a challenge to keep the plug in proper place to complete a charge.”
