“It is a wonderful thing to stay in a VROB that truly feels like home. The attention to detail matters and this place delivers in all the ways that make your stay comfortable and special. We loved all the art work and plants. We aso enjoyed all of the amenities (sauna, hot tub, bar, very comfortable deck setting with grill). The kitchen is a chef’s dream! “The Blue House was VERY clean. The furniture and beds were comfortable and nice quality. The only drawback was the stairs. They were very steep and irregular with the potential for a slip and fall. Because of this I’d be cautious about staying here with small children or anyone with limited mobility.”

“This was a beautiful home within walking distance of downtown Troy. We loved waking up and walking to a local coffee shop. We bikes along the canal, watched a baseball game happening beside the bike path. There are a great variety of restaurants also within walking distance. We also just enjoyed sitting on the porch enjoying the nice weather and playing games in the evening. The house is beautifully decorated and the hosts have thought of everything one could need while away from home. We loved……

“Older home in a quiet neighborhood. Very centrally located for our trip to visit family. Enjoyed hving the AFB & museum across the street. Easy to find other necessities (gas, groceries, restaurants) within a short drive. The home was nice. Plenty of room for 3 adults and one child. Cute porch for morning coffee. Large kitchen. Our son enjoyed the ping pong table in the basement. Yard was nice, larger than expected (wish we would have brought lawn games like bocce ball or cornhole). Bike……

“The house had a lot of work done to it and they did a great job to clean it up and make it very comfortable! Even though I knew it going into our stay, I wish there was a Second Bathroom. We were able to make it work but the good thing I will say is the hot water for showering was never an issue. The other thing I will say is be careful with how many people stay. There might have been an innocent mistake in the number of beds, but there were not 4 queen beds as described. there were 3 with a set……

“This little place was spotless, lovely with homey touches like live plants and super soft toilet paper, blow dryers and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the beautiful showers, and comfortable mattresses. It was right next to the playground, like right there! If the weather had cooperated, the kids would have been in heaven.
