“A beautiful oasis in the hill country near Fairfax, Vermont. Relaxing surroundings and the house and accommodations are beautiful and clean and spacious. The common room is very large and there are outside places to sit and relax. There are only four rooms, so it can’t really get crowded. The hosts are generous and kind. ”

“We had a wonderful, three night stay at Sinclair. Holly and Kyle were terrific hosts. The breakfast was just amazing each day, with every offering fresh, locally sourced and delightful! They also had a covered tray of baked goods available to the guest in the front of the house each day. The room was spacious and well appointed. “We have had little experience staying at a B&B. We were warmly welcomed by Mickey "A Bernese Mountain Dog". He made us feel at home as we are K9 lovers. Hospitality was wonderful and would stay there again. The facility is older but very charming.”
