“This was the perfect apartment for me to visit my kids while they are attending BYUI. The apartment is very tidy and has all sorts of accommodations for your stay, including extra blankets, soap, towels, etc. Noise was not an issue and there was always plenty of parking. Location-wise, It is a couple of blocks from Broulin’s, which is a very nice grocery store, about half a mile from a little town square with a Deseret Book, chain restaurants, and some clothing stores. It’s a couple of blocks……

It offered so much room compared to other places at this price, and we were so happy to have the accommodations. The location was close enough to campus but also a pretty quick trip to the grocery stores or restaurants. Some people might think it a bit loud with the noise from upstairs, though we loved the sound of……

“One of the best experiences we have had with short term stays. We stayed two weeks and enjoyed the location, the home, and the hosts. The home was in excellent condition, and everything was just as advertised. The hosts were super responsive and met all our needs and questions. ”

“I love the floorplan of this little guest house--it is small, but feels very open and spacious. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. I wish I could have tried out the little beach and pond--it looked like a lot of fun. I loved the location. It was close to a small airport, but I was not disturbed by the planes. Occasionally there was a smell of fumes, which may have come from the garage below, I'm not sure, but I was able to open the windows and let in fresh air, which……

“My 2 kids and I stayed for 5 nights over Thanksgiving. The beds were comfortable, and the bedrooms were nicely dark at night. We loved the gas fireplace/heater. The kitchen was fine for our Thanksgiving dinner. The couch was a good size and comfortable.”

“Super clean, nice, lots of room. It was just the two of us, but this would be great for family gatherings, too! No bedside or reading lamps, so may want to bring your own, but everything else was absolutely lovely.”

“We would stay here again. Very close to campus. We would just hope that the internet and TV would be fixed by then. We only stayed two nights so it was okay. Also, not our favorite bed (quite firm) but everyone has their preferences.”

“This was very clean and a nice place to stay. Parking for guests was a little changeling but workable. Kitchen was overall well stocked and usable. The only thing that I could not find was a kitchen knife.”
