"It more than met our needs for a really good holiday and Tanya was most helpful with everything."

"We were expecting a rustic eco stay, this does not mean however, health and safety should be ignored. The floor in the bathroom is very spongy, one board in particular almost gave way. The floorboards in the main hut were very uneven causing injury to my feet. The steps outside were rotting away. There are no utensils in the hut so the few teabags and open bag of sugar (no coffee) could not be used. There are a couple of mugs though! Struggled to get the hot water to work in the shower. Info says you tube video should have been sent to us. It wasn’t. Definitely would not recommend this property at all. Very overpriced for the accommodation offered. "

"Great location within walking distance of a beach, property was clean, tidy and spacious. WiFi worked well and parking was available just outside the property. Bedding, towels and kitchen utensils provided. We had a wonderful family getaway and would definitely stay in Swanbrook again."

"Comfortable and spacious hut. The plus was the air conditioner in 30 degrees heat wave. Good deal for the price we paid. The only problem was the spiders and webs - in the bathroom, on the bed, in the kitchen cabinets.. every corner of the hut. "

"Lovely clean comfortable accommodation near to the beach and other lovely coastal path walks. Third time staying at this company’s accommodation and great comms throughout."

"The pod is in an amazing location but unfortunately needs a lot of work to make it worth the money! The pod is located down a driveway with no direction whatsoever, luckily a gentleman was there to show us where to go. A lot of groundwork going on which made it very dirty with uneven ground. The steps up to the pod were rotten. The toilet/shower door wouldn’t close as the hinges were bent. There isn’t much privacy in the toilet a small curtain or blind wouldn’t go a miss. It needs a good clean and some fresh paint, a general overhaul would make all the difference! "
