“Fantastic boutique hotel with quiet and large suite. Comfy king bed. Visited with our 5 year old and the staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was top notch. Probably our favourite hotel in south Wales.”

“Nobody at the property when we arrived, had to wait 10 minutes for the housekeeping lady to arrive. She was great and very apologetic. Room was freezing on arrival.”

Friendly staff, nice brekkie & recommended if you are visiting the area & don’t want to be in the middle of it all but still easily accessible if you want to go into either place. Very nice!”

“The rooms were amazing, comfortable, and lavish. The staff was kind, helpful, and accommodating . The breakfast was amazing, really nice welsh food. The location is serene. The parking was free. The golf course view outside our room made the stay even better. Loved the bathroom, amenities were great. Well worth the price. Already planning a visit for longer. ”

“We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. ”
