“The place had a lot of potential, it just felt neglected and unloved. They had gone to a lot of effort to supply breakfast items in the shared kitchen and it was obviously visited each day by a host as it was tidied and rubbish cleared but some cupboards had random packets and crumbs,the salt and pepper pots were dirty and sticky. “Free Wi-Fi. Helpful & friendly staff. Good breakfast & plenty of options. Very hot week. A fan was provided & we were able to open the window however, the locals drinking outside were quite noisy & stayed after midnight a few nights. Popular for camper and as well. Ate supper there one evening & it was nice. The room was as expected, although could benefit from a freshen up. Reasonable prices & great location to use as a base to enable you to visit many places.”
